4.) When your site goes down I will delete you as an affie.. =O
5.) Be friendly xD lol..
6.) From now on I am only excepting hosted or domain sites. Unless you have the bést site ever.
7.) Your site, hosted/free server/domain has have to have quality. At least my level which isn't kilometers high!
8.) You have a bigger chance of getting accepted if I know you and like you Ready to apply? By the way, if you are not excepted you'll be asked for link exchange instead. =P So there is always hope!
